Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work on residential or commercial projects?
We specialize exclusively in residential elevator projects, including custom homes and everyday residential builds. Our focus allows us to deliver better coordination, faster timelines, and a smoother experience for homeowners and builders.
What is your typical timeline?
Project timelines depend on the elevator type, scope, and site conditions. In most cases, residential elevator projects are completed within 1–4 months from start to finish.
- Two-level shaftless elevators: typically 4–6 weeks
- Three or more levels: typically 3–4 months
During the consultation, we’ll confirm the appropriate timeline for your specific project and provide a clear install window. We communicate at key milestones and immediately notify you if any issues or delays arise.
Do you offer partnership or volume pricing for builders?
Yes. Builders completing multiple elevator projects with us are eligible for partner pricing and multi-project discounts. Share your anticipated project volume during the initial consultation, and we’ll discuss pricing and scheduling alignment.
How do you coordinate with other trades on-site?
We work directly with your superintendent or project manager and coordinate with other trades as needed on scheduling, access, and installation requirements. You’ll have a single point of contact on our end to keep coordination simple.
What do you need from us to avoid delays?
We outline site readiness requirements early and work closely with your team to ensure the space is properly prepared before installation. Clear expectations upfront help prevent rework and schedule disruptions.
Can you support future phases or repeat projects?
Yes. We regularly work with builders across multiple projects and phases and remain available for future installations, service, and ongoing support.
What about warranty, insurance, and liability?
We provide full warranty coverage on all installations and equipment. We also carry contractor-grade liability insurance and support the project through installation, homeowner training, and handoff.
