How do I know which stairlift is right for my staircase?
We start with a free in-home evaluation to assess your staircase and recommend the best-fitting model based on its shape, length, and your individual mobility needs. Our expert technicians will guide you through every option to ensure safety, comfort, and a seamless fit.
Will it work if the power goes out?
Absolutely. All our stairlifts in Idaho include a battery backup system that allows you to continue using your lift for 20–30 trips even during a power outage.
How long does it take to install a stairlift?
Most straight stairlifts can be installed in 1–2 hours. Curved models may take a bit longer, but our technicians aim for same-day service whenever possible.
Will the stairlift block my stairs?
No. Our units have foldable seats, arms, and footrests, allowing plenty of space for others to use the stairs when the lift is not in use.
How often does it need to be serviced?
We recommend an annual service check to keep your stairlift in top condition, ensure all components are functioning properly, and maintain your warranty. If you're using the lift frequently or notice changes in performance, more frequent servicing may be advised.
