What You Are Getting
A Reconditioned Lift Is Not a Used Lift
A reconditioned stairlift from Western Stairlifts is a Harmar-manufactured straight stairlift that has been inspected before we install it. We offer the SL300, the SL600, the AmeriGlide Rave 2 and the Atlas 500.
We install it, walk you through it, and stay until you are comfortable riding it. Reconditioned units typically cost 10 to 35 percent less than new, depending on the age of the unit.
If your staircase is straight, a reconditioned unit gives you the same kind of lift as a new one at a lower price. If your stairs curve, a new curved stairlift is the better fit.
- Harmar-manufactured units only
- Inspected before installation
- Up to 350 lbs (300 lbs on the SL300)
- Professional installation and walkthrough

Is It Right for You?
A Reconditioned Stairlift Fits Your Situation If
You want the safety and independence a stairlift provides but a new unit does not fit your current budget. Reconditioned closes that gap without compromising on the quality of the installation.
Budget-Conscious Buyers
You need a stairlift now. Reconditioned pricing makes it possible without waiting months for new financing.
A Straight Staircase
Reconditioned units are straight stairlifts. If your stairs run in one straight line, one may be a good fit.
Short-Term or Trial Use
Not sure how permanent the need is? Reconditioned gives you flexibility. Remove it cleanly when you no longer need it.
Same Models as New
Reconditioned units are the same Harmar-made models we install new, so they carry the same capacity: 350 lbs, or 300 lbs for the SL300.
Not sure if reconditioned is right for your home? Our free evaluation will tell you exactly.
